Why do you work in this field?
I decided to work in this field because I want to help individuals change their lives. It seems like society sometimes gives up on individuals too quickly. I believe with the right type of intervention, all can be helped and be given a chance at life again.
How long have you worked in this field?
Never worked in this field before but I am eager to learn.
What do you bring to the table?
I bring an alternative perspective based on my work experience. My experience in law enforcement has allowed me to witness the collapse between addiction and criminality. Therefore, I believe that law enforcement and treatment centers should work in partnership to combat the problem.
